Position: AADM Associate Agency Development Manager

Location: Chennai, Andhra Pradesh, Bangalore, Telangana (Across South Zone)

CTC: Up to 4.50 LPA

Hiring Criteria

  • Minimum 1+ year experience in Field Sales (BFSI preferred)
  • Graduate (Any discipline)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors
  • Target-driven and self-motivated individual
  • Local market knowledge preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and development of insurance advisors
  • Driving sales through the agency channel
  • Achieving business targets
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Providing training and ongoing support to advisors
