As an Academy & ILTs Associate, you will have a high degree of ownership and integrity, be an independent self-starter with strong entrepreneurial drive, and someone who thrives in connecting people and ideas. The candidate would report directly to the AVP - Content. Job description: > Working on various Content Platforms like Accredible, Brillium, Grammarly, QueText and Thinkific. Coordinating and ensuring smooth integrated workflow. > Collaborating with the content team in the development of learning & certification programs and attending weekly SCRUM Sessions. > Ownership of customer experience (CX) on the product pages and Academy. > Process ownership & collaboration with subject matter experts to improve customer satisfaction & NPS score. > Planning, scheduling, coordinating with subject matter experts and inhouse team for content development and conducting weekly live training sessions (ILT - Instructor Led Training) > Maintaining close communication with the marketing team on content-related aspects. > Data management and simple analysis to help drive decision making. Minimum Requirement: -Bachelor?s degree (Engineering background preferred) -At least 2 to 5 years of experience in either program management, project management, process management or team management. -Should be averse to AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini etc for Proof reading -Basic knowledge of the Blockchain space Preferred, if you have: Bachelors/Diploma/ Certifications in the blockchain Technology Experience in working with SMEs Possibility to join us on an early basis Benefits Attractive salaries Medical Insurance 5 days a week work
