We are looking for “Associate” who will contribute to the growth of this initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate client challenges and objectives to provide tailored recommendations across strategy, operations, and risk management.
• Provide insights and recommendations to leadership teams, helping them make informed decisions on product offerings, process improvements, and organizational development.
• Lead end-to-end consulting projects, coordinating with clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.
• Conduct extensive research on the housing finance sector, including market trends, competitive landscape, regulatory developments, and emerging products.
• Proactively identify opportunities for new engagements, service offerings, and revenue streams within the HFC ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Familiar with MS Office
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both, internal teams and external clients
• Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct market research
• Strategic thinking with the ability to connect dots across industries and ideas
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Eagerness to learn, adapt and grow within a dynamic environment

Experience: Fresher or 6 months - 1 year of experience in relevant field (Business Management, Commerce, and other related fields)
