Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, hands-on HR leader to build and strengthen the HR function for a fast-growing organization operating in a high-performance, high-pressure environment.
The role requires strong ownership across Talent Acquisition, Culture Building, Organization Design, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, Compliance, Payroll, and Performance Management. The ideal candidate should come from highly process-driven organizations, preferably MNC. FMCG, BFSI, Consumer or Services sectors, with experience in scaling people practices in growth-stage businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Talent Acquisition and workforce planning aligned with business growth
- Build a highly engaged, performance-driven, and ownership-oriented work culture
- Partner with leadership on organization design, team structures, and capability building
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and people development initiatives
- Manage onboarding, HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle processes
- Ensure labour law compliance, HR governance, and policy implementation
- Drive performance appraisal and goal-setting processes across the organization
- Build scalable HR systems, SOPs, MIS, and operational processes
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters effectively
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA / PGDM in HR from a Tier I / Tier II institute
- 10+ years of HR experience in reputed domestic and/or multinational organizations
- Strong exposure across Talent Acquisition, Culture Building, HR Operations, Engagement, Payroll, and Compliance
- Experience in organization design and scaling HR practices in growing businesses preferred
- Candidates from MNC, FMCG, BFSI, Consumer, Retail, or Services industries preferred. No IT / Manufacturing Background.
- Strong process orientation with the ability to thrive in demanding and fast-paced environments
- Hands-on, execution-focused, practical, and commercially aware professional
- Willingness to travel, stretch, and operate with high ownership in a growth environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
