Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role located in Noida for an Assistant Store Manager. The Assistant Store Manager will support in daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the store. Responsibilities will include overseeing customer service, managing inventory, preventing retail losses, maintaining store cleanliness, and streamlining the customer shopping experience. The role involves training and supervising team members and addressing any customer complaints or concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Proficient in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction management to ensure an exceptional shopping experience
- Strong Communication skills for effectively interacting with customers and team members
- Knowledge and experience in Store Management for overseeing daily operations
- Experience in Retail Loss Prevention to minimize shrinkage and ensure inventory accuracy
- Leadership and organizational skills to efficiently manage team activities and store functions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Previous experience in a similar role within the retail sector is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
