Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role located in Barhachana. The Assistant will perform a range of administrative and operational tasks, such as supporting daily business operations, coordinating with various departments, managing schedules, maintaining records, and assisting in managing product inventory and shipments. The role will also involve interacting with vendors, customers, and team members to support efficient business operations.

Qualifications
- Administrative skills, including record keeping, scheduling, and general organizational abilities.
- Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, vendors, and customers.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and coordination of shipments.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in standard office tools such as MS Office or similar software.
- Flexibility and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges and resolving issues.
- Prior experience in a similar role or familiarity with textile manufacturing processes is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or a related field would be an advantage.
