This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Quality Assurance Manager located in Tirupati. The role involves overseeing quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining product integrity. Responsibilities include monitoring production activities, conducting quality audits, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement strategies. Additionally, the role involves analyzing data to identify trends, troubleshooting quality-related issues, and providing detailed reports to senior management.

• Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and implementing quality standards and processes
• Proficiency in conducting quality audits and identifying areas for improvement
• Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and handle deadlines
• Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulatory requirements is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Automobile Engineering or a related field
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Previous experience in quality assurance roles in manufacturing, particularly in the automotive sector, is preferred
