Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Assistant Professor of Nursing for a full-time on-site role at our campus in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality nursing curriculum, conducting lectures, clinical training, and assessments, and mentoring students in their academic and professional growth. Additional responsibilities include contributing to research initiatives, participating in faculty development programs, and supporting the development of innovative teaching strategies. Collaboration with other departments for interdisciplinary learning and active involvement in academic activities is expected.


Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Nursing, including theoretical and practical applications.
  • Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Nursing Education, with the ability to engage students through effective teaching methods.
  • Expertise in specialized areas such as Pediatrics and Medicine, with the ability to impart specialized knowledge and skills.
  • Strong communication, mentorship, and interpersonal skills to support student success and academic growth.
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing or a closely related discipline (Ph.D. in Nursing preferred).
  • Experience in academic teaching or a related educational role in Nursing is highly valued.
  • Commitment to academic excellence, professional ethics, and contributing to the advancement of nursing education and healthcare.
