Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate English Faculty who can effectively train and mentor college students in enhancing their English language proficiency and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong command over the language and a passion for teaching and student development. Key Responsibilities: ? Able to train our resources. ? Innovate new teaching methodologies ? Train the students on the specified curriculum ? Own student success and their learning outcomes ? Conduct engaging and interactive sessions on English communication,soft skills, grammar, and writing. ? Train studentsin verbal and written communication, public speaking, group discussions, and interview skills. ? Design and deliver lesson planstailored to student?s levels and learning needs. ? Provide continuous assessment, feedback, and support to help students improve. ? Organize communication-related workshops, debates, and language lab activities. ? Collaborate with the academic team to align communication training with curriculum objectives. ? Maintain accurate records ofstudent performance and progress. Required Skills & Qualifications: ? Expertise in English language and communication ? Strong teaching and training experience ? Excellent vocabulary and grammar proficiency ? Proven student and crowd management skills ? Experience in event leadership and coordination ? Effective classroom and presentation management ? Creative and engaging teaching methodologies ? Passionate about student development and active learning Eligibility Criteria: ? Educational Qualification: PG and NET qualified / Ph.D. degree in English ? Location Preference: Tirupati , Chitoor ?
