Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Mohali district for the role of Assistant Professor of Aviation, specializing in cabin crew training. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, conducting experiential learning sessions, mentoring students, and developing strong foundational knowledge in aviation and cabin crew principles. Additional duties include designing instructional content, participating in academic planning, engaging in research activities, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of trends and advancements in aviation and airline services.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in aviation, specifically in cabin crew requirements, operations, and standards
• Proficiency in teaching, instructional design, and classroom management
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to mentor and guide students
• Relevant industry experience, and knowledge of current aviation standards and trends
• Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Aviation, or a related field
• Experience in research, publication, or academic contributions in the field of aviation is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
