Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor in Aviation, Hospitality, and Tourism Management located in Ahmedabad. The role involves delivering lectures, conducting workshops, and designing innovative course content to enhance student learning in the specified fields. Daily responsibilities include mentoring students, developing curriculum materials, evaluating student performance, and staying updated with the latest trends in aviation, hospitality, and tourism. Collaboration with colleagues to improve teaching methods and contributing to research initiatives are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Aviation, Hospitality, and Tourism Management, along with experience in teaching or practical expertise in these domains.
• Strong instructional, curriculum development, and academic planning skills.
• Excellent presentation, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with industry-relevant tools, methods, and technologies used in Aviation, Hospitality, and Tourism.
• Ability to engage and mentor students to achieve their academic and career goals.
• Research and analytical skills, with the ability to contribute to academic publications or applied research.
• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Aviation, Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field. A Ph.D. is highly desirable.
• Experience in curriculum design or prior teaching experience in higher education is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle teaching responsibilities effectively.
