Cleantek is looking for an experienced Production Manager – Sheet Metal Fabrication to lead and manage our fabrication shop floor operations efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sheet metal manufacturing processes including CNC laser cutting, press brake bending, welding, finishing, and production planning. The candidate must be capable of handling daily production schedules, team management, quality control, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

• Manage complete sheet metal fabrication production operations
• Strong knowledge of CNC Laser Cutting, Plasma Cutting, Shearing, and Press Brake Bending
• Supervise welding processes including MIG, TIG, and structural fabrication
• Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and CAD designs (SolidWorks knowledge preferred)
• Plan production schedules and optimize manpower and machine utilization
• Ensure proper tooling selection, die setup, and press brake punch coordination
• Monitor quality control as per ISO standards and maintain production safety practices
• Reduce downtime using Lean Manufacturing and process improvement methods
• Handle troubleshooting for machine breakdowns and production quality issues
• Ensure timely dispatch and on-time delivery to customers
  

• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques
• Experience in production planning and shop floor management
• Knowledge of material grades such as MS, SS, Aluminum, and other industrial metals
• Understanding of fabrication tolerances, surface finishing, and defect control
• Team leadership and workforce management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Knowledge of ISO systems and safety compliance
