Assistant Operations Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations professional to manage end-to-end execution of orders, from documentation and vendor coordination to production planning and logistics. The role also involves supporting basic accounts functions when required. Experience in handling materials such as cold-formed steel or aluminium framing systems will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage order processing and generate documentation (quotations, POs, invoices, delivery challans) using customised/ERP software
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of raw materials, including cold-formed steel sections and aluminium framing components
• Plan and track production schedules in coordination with internal teams and fabrication units
• Oversee dispatch planning, logistics coordination, and timely delivery of finished goods
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient material management
• Support basic accounts activities such as invoice tracking, payment follow-ups, and coordination with the accounts team
• Act as a central coordination point between design, production, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in Commerce, Engineering, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or project coordination
• Exposure to construction materials, steel, fabrication, or related industries preferred

Compensation ₹30,000 – ₹32,000 per month, commensurate with experience
