Role Description: The Assistant Merchandiser is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi. This position supports the merchandising team in planning, selecting, and managing product assortments across retail channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing sales data, monitoring inventory levels, preparing product and pricing sheets, and assisting in the creation of merchandising plans and promotional strategies. The role involves coordinating with sales, marketing, and store teams to ensure accurate product placement, timely replenishment, and consistent brand presentation. The assistant merchandiser also helps track competitor activity, gather customer feedback, and contribute to reports and recommendations that improve product performance and customer experience.

• Candidates should possess sales and retail skills to understand product performance, store operations, and merchandising best practices.
• Candidates should possess marketing skills to support promotional activities, product positioning, and brand consistency.
• Attention to detail, analytical abilities, and proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data analysis tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, OH, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in merchandising, retail, or related fields is preferred.
• Relevant education in business, merchandising, marketing, or a related discipline is an advantage.
