Digital Marketing to lead our digital initiatives and accelerate brand visibility and growth. This role requires strong expertise in SEO, digital strategy, and performance tracking. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and report directly to Ishan , providing clear insights and data-driven recommendations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage complete digital marketing operations, ensuring smooth execution across channels. Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, ranking, and lead generation. Strategize and execute growth marketing initiatives to enhance reach, engagement, and conversions. Coordinate with shared resources, including the content, design, and paid media teams , to execute integrated marketing plans. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and key metrics to drive continuous optimization. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing, SEO, and industry trends to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Identify opportunities for brand expansion and digital enhancement across platforms. Required Skills & Qualifications 3?6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Growth Marketing roles. Proven experience managing digital campaigns end-to-end. Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.). Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data for actionable insights. Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Good to Have Experience in B2B or AEC industry. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
