We are hiring on behalf of a reputed organisation at their Head Office in Kolkata. You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting clients in global markets to ensuring end-user delivery — across a diverse export product portfolio.

Head Office · Kolkata, West Bengal

Candidates from other locations must relocate to Kolkata before joining. No relocation assistance provided.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prospection of new business, onboarding clients and managing business from international markets
• Execute operations related to product lineup/roadmap, price positioning, marketing communication, promotions, branding and develop strong distribution channels in export markets
• Participate in tenders and handle enquiries for assigned regions and accounts
• Negotiate and finalize deals for smooth execution of sales and order processing; provide service support and resolve customer issues
• Regular coordination with production, quality, and dispatch teams — CFS, Freight Forwarders, shift management
• Export contracting and shipping documentation
• Prepare management reports to support strategic decisions
• Market research and analytics
• Key account management — ensuring best-in-class customer service and relationships
• Manage the entire chain from securing orders to end-user delivery
