Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven professional to join our E-commerce team and drive growth across online platforms.
Experience: 4+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
•Plan and execute category-wise business strategies across different platforms in conjunction with the platform category managers, Key accounts team & Authorized Sellers .
• Enabling the target achievement of revenue, and market as per the brand plan by enabling sell-out through right deployment of category & marketing interventions within the guard rails of the gross margin.
• Work closely within S&OP to ensure high purchase-order fill rates by planning inventory against DRR and agreed partner stock norms, keeping OOS below 1%, forecasting demand, and coordinating with supply chain to plan optimal production quantities for timely replenishment .
•Deploy hygiene health score card to measure customer experience across each platform to be reviewed along with the Key Accounts team Develop analytical and predictive models to attribute conversions, quantify price elasticity, optimize advertising spend allocation, monitor delivery turnaround time (TAT), and detect competitor activity to drive commercial decisions.
• Champion a customer-first approach by continuously mining and synthesizing available data (VOC, ratings & reviews, NPS, CRM, marketplace analytics, sales and behavioral data) to generate insights, prioritize initiatives, and drive product, marketing and CX improvements.
•Develop and execute data-driven organic marketing and content strategies — including SEO for Google, Amazon and other marketplaces — to identify trends and innovation opportunities and build/manage content across all customer touchpoints to drive organic traffic, engagement and conversions.
•Requirement Deep expertise in Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), Flipkart Ads and quick‑commerce ad platforms (e.g., Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Dunzo) to design, execute and optimize sponsored search/display/DSP campaigns, feed and creative optimisation, bidding and budget pacing to maximise ROAS, conversion velocity and share-of-voice.
•Proven experience as a Brand Manager with a customer first approach.
