Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition

Experience: 4–6 years

Reports To: Talent Acquisition Lead / HR Manager

Top 5 things you will do in your role:

Digital & Creative Hiring:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across copy, design, planning, client servicing, paid media and more. Understand the skills, mindset, and pace required for agency teams and find the right match.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Work with hiring managers across teams, understand their needs, align expectations, and ensure smooth communication at every stage.

Sourcing, Domain Mapping & Competition Tracking:

Actively source talent and build strong pipelines across digital, creative, and media functions. Map talent across competitors, agencies, and media houses to stay updated on market shifts. Track emerging skill trends, common org structures, and where key talent sits so hiring decisions remain sharp and informed.

Candidate Management:

Handle scheduling, communication, feedback loops, and overall candidate experience. Ensure every candidate moves smoothly through the process.

Process & Operations:

Maintain trackers, databases, dashboards, and all internal coordination. Ensure documentation, follow-ups, and closures run on time without missing a beat.
