About the Role : Open Positions: Assistant Manager : 6+ years of experience with B.tech. Qualifications : Full Time B. Tech /Diploma (Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical) with 60% and above. Required Skills : Production & Output Responsibility : Ensure high-quality production output and yield while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Solar/Chemical Industry/ Mechanical Experience : Prior experience in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry is highly preferred. Process & Continuous Improvement : Initiate and implement projects aimed at improving yield, reducing costs, and optimizing production processes. Engineering & Trials Management : Handle engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds efficiently. Technical & Analytical Skills : Possess strong mathematical, technical, and basic computer skills. Quality Assurance : Develop and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet desired standards and meet internal/external audit requirements. Multitasking & Flexibility : Be adaptable and capable of handling multiple projects or tasks simultaneously. Knowledge & Documentation : Understand cell manufacturing procedures and contribute to developing SOPs, operating instructions, and documentation standards. Manpower management & Communication : Exhibit excellent communication skills and effectively guide or lead team members. Safety & Compliance : Maintain safe work practices, comply with chemical/gas safety procedures, clean room protocols, ISO standards, and environmental regulations. Preferred Skills : Experience in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry.
