SEP INSTRUCTOR – Assistant Manager - SEP Training

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The person should demonstrate a thorough understanding and knowledge of the cabin crew responsibilities and procedures.

Qualifications

Cabin crew with experience of 5 years with Indian / Foreign Carriers or;
A person who has held SEP Instructor approval with another operator or from Contracting State subject to type training.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITY

Conduct cabin safety related training for all Cabin Crew and Cockpit Crew i.e. Initial and Type Training, Recurrent training, Refresher / Extended Recurrent, SCC Training
Provide effective situational management trainings for better understanding.
Provide feedback for Training and Service enhancements.
Ensure trainee welfare
Active contribution to the operations and audits
To ensure upholding of company image, quality policy and value systems at all times.
Ensure strict adherence to company grooming and defined services/safety standards in training.
Remain up to date with all developments in safety standards. Maintain current knowledge of rules and regulations, policies and procedures for the operations of the aircraft and ensure that they conform to regulatory requirements.
Maintain good discipline in the training centre
Perform the responsibilities associated with Lead Batch Facilitator
Ensure healthy work environment for crew in training in line with IndiGo culture
Ensure the key concerns are continuously communicated to the crew in training and enhance safety standards
Accountable for safeguarding, proper handling and stowage of all Company's equipment and property in the training centre
