Assistant Manager - Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate the Demand Plan for the Domestic Business for BSV ( MTS & MTO)
• Execute the Sales plan for the month with stakeholders for Domestic Business
• Engage with Stakeholders to mitigate risks, if any, on the sales plan
• Process excellence mindset across the Supply Chain to increase speed to market
• Support the Business team on the Growth plans / new launches planned for the financial year
• Establish a culture for Data Driven decisions within Supply Chain

Requisite for the role:

• 3-5 years relevant experience of Supply Chain Management, specially in Demand Planning domain.
• Experience in pharma Domestic / International Business will be added advantage.
• Understanding of Supply Chain concepts & the Sales & Operations planning process
• Analytical skills to work on large amount of data, exposure to data analytical tools like R, Python
• Strong inter-personal skills while engaging with the cross functional teams
• Excellent communication skills
