Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary sales contact for steel segment customers and coordinate customer requirements.
  2. Handle technical discussions for new RFQs and convert customer requirements into technical specifications.
  3. Manage the RFQ process from enquiry to quotation, ensuring timely submission.
  4. Prepare and maintain costing sheets and inquiry control sheets for new RFQs.
  5. Provide technical support to customers regarding application queries, complaints, and inspections.
  6. Create and maintain technical documentation such as PPAP, ISIR, SPC, Mill Sheets, and PSW.
  7. Support the team in achieving sales targets and increasing revenue compared to previous year.
  8. Monitor RFQ to quotation lead time and ensure efficient response to customer enquiries.
  9. Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify new business opportunities.
  10. Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, quality) for project execution.
  11. Support sales promotion activities for steel segment customers.
  12. Track sales plan progress and monthly revenue performance.

Our Requirements:

  1. B.tech in Mechanical Engineering.
  2. 5-6 years of experience in Steel segment sales.
  3. Able to read and understand engineering drawings.
  4. Good communication skills
