In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure BharatPe’s growth and profitability.
  • Analyze market data and trends to drive data driven decisions.
  • Work closely with a team of dynamic and professional individuals.


Responsibilities will include

Functional Expertise

  • Strong excel and PPT skills
  • Comfortable in managing multitude of stakeholders
  • Comfort in SQL is desirable but not mandatory


Problem Solving

  • Share insights and course correction measures with the region teams to drive business effectively across GT and OT channels
  • Closely monitor ROI of regional and national sales initiatives to drive/ensure org. profitability.
  • Benchmark competition and evaluate different strategies to design the most effective ones for revenue growth and impact.


Interaction:

  • Coordinate between Sales, Ops, Marketing and Data Science team to streamline our systems and processes


To succeed in the role

Impact

  • Ensure correct working of cost, payouts and incentives of one of the biggest cost heads for the company


Challenges & Decisions

  • Being meticulous in logic and calculations
  • Coordination and managing queries of the org sales team


Qualification & Experience (type & industry)

  • Graduate and post-graduate
  • 3-4 years of experience


Skills & know-how

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • SQL is desirable but not mandatory
