Amaara Botanicals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Assistant Manager – Quality Control to strengthen our quality systems and ensure excellence across our nutraceutical and wellness product portfolio.

• Manage and oversee Inward QC, IPQC, and Finished Goods Testing & Release activities.
• Review and approve test reports, specifications, COAs, and quality records.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, FSSAI, HACCP, ISO/FSSC 22000, and 21 CFR Part 111 requirements.
• Lead laboratory operations, testing activities, and external laboratory coordination.
• Independently support customer, certification, and regulatory audits.
• Investigate OOS, deviations, and quality-related observations, and support CAPA implementation.
• Monitor raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, R&D, Regulatory, and Procurement teams to maintain product quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in laboratory and testing processes.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of Quality Control experience in Nutraceuticals, Food, Dietary Supplements, Herbal Products, or Pharmaceuticals.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory testing, GMP, HACCP, ISO/FSSC standards, and quality systems.
• Experience in handling analytical and microbiological testing programs.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• A detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to quality and compliance.
