Experience: Minimum 6 year of experience out of which atleast 3 years in the automotive industry

Job Overview:

Omax Autos Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Plant Finance to join our manufacturing plant in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The candidate will report to the head of plant finance and handle MIS, Trade receivables/trade payables, quarterly /bi annual raw material settlements with customers and vendors through working and issuance of debit/credit notes to customers and vendors as well as plant internal finance controls. Knowledge of Product Costing and Bill of Material.

Key Responsibilities:

· MIS: Prepare annual budget or the plant and then present budgeted vs actual monthly financial MIS for the plant with variance analysis

· Raw material retro period rate settlements: Quarterly /bi annual raw material settlements with customers and vendors through working and issuance of debit/credit notes to customers and vendors

· Department Visits & Case Updates: Attend department hearings for gst and pre GST cases as per scheduled dates. Provide hearing updates to the management team.

· Internal Plant Finance controls

· Account payables bills management and Timely reconciliations with vendors

· Accounts receivables management and Timely reconciliations with customer

Desired Skills:

· Strong understanding of cost accounting and P&L account

· Experience with SAP ERP

· Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.

· Proficiency in MS Excel (Vlook up, pivot tables, etc)

· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

· Proactive approach and willingness to work across departments

Pay: ₹50,086.00 - ₹60,354.86 per month
