Job Purpose:The Shift Engineer - Stringer is responsible for optimizing operations within the stringer production cluster by fostering team development, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to the annual business plan. This role emphasizes sustainable practices and market growth, contributing to the organization's long-term success. By implementing effective strategies and promoting a safe work environment, the Shift Engineer plays a key role in enhancing productivity and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Organization & Team Building:
- Drive the skill matrix for direct and indirect manpower through structured learning programs to ensure operator readiness for level upgradation.
- Improve customer satisfaction by ensuring timely closure of notifications and PM orders, while implementing robust CAPA for effective breakdown analysis.
- Meet budgeted targets for capacity, operational costs, and EBITDA, while ensuring adherence to preventive maintenance schedules.
- Formulate strategies to reduce risks related to the existing business through technological developments and improvement projects.
- Ensure adherence to safety inspections and timely closure processes, including PTW and LOTO compliance through regular monthly audits.

Educational Qualification:
- B.Tech Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical
- Desired Qualification : BE/B.Tech
- Min 2 - 5 years of experience in operating stringing machines and knowledge of stringing processes in solar module manufacturing.
