Job Title: Assistant Manager/ Manager Treasury

Qualification: Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance) from repute institute

Experience - 0–3 Year

Location: Noida

Industry: Fintech / NBFC

CTC Range: 8 Lakhs - 15 Lakhs p.a.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Company Secretary (CS) with 0–3 year of experience (including freshers) who is keen to build a career in the Fintech and NBFC space. The role offers hands-on exposure to fund raising, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

·     Deal with bank / Fis for establishing relationship for credit lines.

·     Negotiate the commercial terms of credit lines with bankers.

·     Monitor daily cash balances across multiple bank accounts and legal entities. Develop high-accuracy short- and long-term cash flow forecasts to predict funding needs or surplus cash for investment.

·     Preparation of ALCO statements / agenda / returns on periodical intervals.

·     Review and execute Sanction Letters, Loan Agreements, Hypothecation Deeds, and Mortgage documents. Ensure all "Conditions Precedent" (CPs) are met before fund lockdown.

·     Coordinate with the Company Secretary (CS) to file CHG-1 forms with the ROC (Registrar of Companies) for the creation, modification, or satisfaction of charges on company assets

·     Oversee debt portfolios, ensuring timely repayment of principal and interest. Coordinate for new loan proposals and term loans etc.

·     Timely submission of book debt statements , QIS (Quarterly Information Statements), and MSOD (Monthly Selection of Data) to the Banking partners and ensuring post sanction compliances.

·     Maintain strict documentation to prove that funds raised are used only for the purpose for which debt has been raised, as per RBI guidelines

·     Ensure 100% adherence to RBI and FEMA regulations, particularly for ODI (Overseas Direct Investment), ECB (External Commercial Borrowing), and import/export payments.

·     Performing such other activities as may be required by the organization from time to time.
