Company Description The Institute of Directors (IOD), India is an apex national association of Corporate Directors established in India to promote Corporate Governance. It is associated with over 30,000 senior executives from Government, PSU, and Private organizations in India and abroad. The IOD conducts various activities such as boardroom trainings, research, publications, advisory services, and organizes national and international conventions and platforms for debates on boardroom issues. Its platforms are regarded as the most powerful network of business leaders and policy makers globally. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Manager / Manager - Events & Conferences at the Institute of Directors (IOD) in Delhi. The individual will be responsible for marketing, planning, organizing, and coordinating conferences and events, including venue management, speaker management, budgeting, sponsorship, and marketing support. Promotion and Building corporate collaborations for conducting events & training programs. End-to-end delivery of events/conferences & projects Business through Revenue development & generating sponsorship, developing corporate partnerships. Conducts short- and long-term planning and management for meetings, events and conferences with National & International experts. Client Management Creating marketing plans for conference amplification Digital marketing & content avenues required for enhancement of proper visibility Qualifications A Master's degree in a related field such as Event Management, Conferences, or Marketing 2-7 years of relevant work experience coordinating, planning, and executing events and conferences Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with event sponsors, vendors, and partners Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude. Salary commensurate with qualification, and quality knowledge. Official Days & Timings: Monday to Friday (5-days) 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
