Job Description

Oversee and coordinate the maintenance team
Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance
Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work to the team
Hire and train new maintenance employees
Manage budget and ensure cost-effective maintenance operations
Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
Address any issues or emergencies promptly
Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role
Strong knowledge of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, etc.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
