About the Role
We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and execution-focused Learning Experience Specialist to help build Gamlaa's learning ecosystem.
This is not a traditional training role.
You will design learning experiences, create engaging content, manage our Learning Management System (LMS), develop digital learning assets, and leverage AI tools to make learning faster, smarter, and more engaging.
You'll work closely with business leaders and subject matter experts to convert knowledge into impactful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Experience Design
- Design engaging learning journeys for corporate employees.
- Apply adult learning principles to create effective learning experiences.
- Develop blended learning solutions (digital, classroom, workshops, microlearning).
- Build assessments and certification pathways.
Instructional Design
- Create storyboards and learning scripts.
- Design interactive e-learning modules.
- Develop facilitator guides and learner workbooks.
- Convert SOPs into engaging learning content.
- Create onboarding programs and functional learning paths.
Content Development
Develop high-quality learning content using:
- PowerPoint
- Canva
- AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)
- Videos
- Infographics
- Job aids
- Microlearning
- Knowledge articles
LMS Administration
- Author and maintain courses.
- Create learning paths.
- Manage user groups.
- Configure assessments and certifications.
- Generate learning reports.
- Monitor learner completion and engagement.
- Ensure content remains updated.
Learning Operations
- Maintain the learning calendar.
- Coordinate learning logistics.
- Track completion and certifications.
- Support learning campaigns.
- Manage learning communications.
- Maintain the learning repository.
AI-Powered Learning
Use AI tools to:
- Develop content faster.
- Translate learning materials.
- Generate assessments.
- Create videos and voiceovers.
- Improve learner engagement.
- Automate repetitive L&D activities.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with business leaders to understand learning needs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts.
- Gather feedback and continuously improve learning content.

Skills & Experience
Must Have
- 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Learning Operations.
- Strong instructional design fundamentals.
- Excellent PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools.
- Experience working with an LMS (Moodle, Disprz, Keka Learn, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
Preferred
- Experience with iSpring Suite or Articulate 360.
- Video editing experience.
- Basic graphic design skills.
- Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI.
- Experience using AI tools for content creation.
- Experience working in fast-growing organizations.
Technical Skills

- Design structured learning journeys for key functions.
- Convert priority SOPs into engaging learning modules.
- Improve LMS organization and learner experience.
- Launch learning communications.
First 90 Days
- Own end-to-end content development and LMS administration.
- Create interactive learning modules and assessments.
- Build dashboards for learning metrics.
- Improve learner engagement and completion rates.
