The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Angular and/or React , a strong foundation in user-centered design, and the ability to deliver intuitive UI solutions for complex business use cases. Key Responsibilities Design and implement clean, responsive, and user-centric interfaces for enterprise web applications using Angular or React. Translate complex business requirements into effective UX workflows and design patterns. Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and cross-browser/device compatibility. Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and continuously improve the UI/UX. Optimize front-end performance and maintain reusable UI components. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and UI/UX best practices for enterprise systems. Required Skills & Technologies Frontend Frameworks: Angular and/or React (proficiency in at least one is mandatory) Web Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript UX Expertise: Wireframing, Prototyping, User Flows, Information Architecture, Interaction Design Version Control: Git or equivalent Understanding of: Enterprise application design and UI complexities Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility Accessibility (WCAG) and internationalization (i18n) Good to Have Experience integrating UI with RESTful APIs and backend services Exposure to Agile development environments Basic knowledge of mobile UI/UX and mobile-first design principles Performance optimization of large-scale UI components and layouts Experience & Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, or a related field 2-4 years of experience as a UI/UX Developer working on enterprise-grade applications Demonstrated ability to simplify complex workflows through intuitive UI/UX
