Assistant HR Manager

Kochi - Work from office - Monday to Saturday


Job Summary

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will manage end-to-end hiring for technology and business-critical roles across cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, and enterprise IT services. This is an individual contributor role that partners closely with business leaders to deliver high-quality talent, build strong talent pipelines, strengthen employer branding, and drive data-driven recruitment outcomes aligned with organizational growth goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake to onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines
  • Lead hiring for cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, engineering, product, and corporate functions
  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for company
  • Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and closures to ensure strong offer acceptance rates
  • Track, analyze, and report key talent acquisition metrics such as time-to-hire, pipeline health, and source effectiveness
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, ATS utilization, compliance standards, and hiring efficiency


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on technology hiring
  • Proven hands-on experience hiring for cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and engineering roles
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics
  • Ability to manage HR operations
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR, Management, or a related field (preferred)
