The successful candidate will oversee daily HR operations, manage recruitment processes, handle employee relations and performance management, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role also includes administrative responsibilities such as managing office supplies, coordinating with service providers, and maintaining office infrastructure. This is an on-site role located in Karjan. Qualifications Human Resources Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations skills Administration, Office Management, and Coordination skills Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations Excellent organizational, multitasking and time management skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field Prior experience as an HR or Administrative Manager is a plus
