Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Housekeeping at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, located in Mysore. The Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations, ensure rooms and facilities are clean and well-maintained, and lead the housekeeping team to provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include supervising and managing the housekeeping staff, maintaining inventory and supplies, ensuring compliance with cleanliness standards, managing laundry services, and assisting with training and hiring processes to uphold the highest levels of service excellence.

• Strong supervisory skills for leading teams and managing day-to-day housekeeping operations
• Knowledge and experience in managing laundry services and related operations
• Proficiency in providing excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
• Effective communication skills to interact with team members and guests
• Experience in hiring and training housekeeping staff
• Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Prior experience in the hospitality or hotel management industry is a plus
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field
