To be successful in securing this role, you should have following skillsets:
- Proven experience in Syndication loan operations & Lending operations.
- Good knowledge on Payments and ACBS/ Loan IQ.
- Good Knowledge in GBS payment.
- Result-oriented and commercial mindset.
- Working knowledge of payment processing & payment verification.
- Good influencing skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Graduate is any discipline.
This role is based in Noida.
Purpose of the role
To support business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution.
Accountabilities
- Support various business areas with day-to-day initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.
- Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes.
- Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations in operational processes.
- Development and implementation of operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
- Development of reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
- Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in banking operations.
- Participation in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- To perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard consistently driving continuous improvement.
- Requires in-depth technical knowledge and experience in their assigned area of expertise
- Thorough understanding of the underlying principles and concepts within the area of expertise
- They lead and supervise a team, guiding and supporting professional development, allocating work requirements and coordinating team resources.
