Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Finance, based in Jalandhar. The Assistant Manager Finance will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, preparing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Other key responsibilities include working closely with cross-functional teams to provide strategic financial insights, assisting with audits, and driving financial efficiency within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management, budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting skills.
• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and familiarity with compliance standards.
• Ability to manage audits effectively and provide strategic insights to leadership teams.
• Advanced knowledge of financial software tools and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related platforms.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills to handle complex financial data.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating across departments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is an added advantage.
