Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for an Assistant Manager Finance. The role involves supporting financial planning and analysis, preparing budgets, managing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing day-to-day financial operations. The Assistant Manager Finance will also assist in developing financial strategies, liaise with stakeholders, and monitor financial performance against objectives to drive organizational success.

Qualifications

Strong financial accounting, reporting, and budgeting skills with a proven ability to create and analyze financial statements
Proficiency in financial management systems and tools, and expertise in compliance with regulatory standards
Capability to perform financial forecasting, risk analysis, and ensuring effective cost control
Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork capabilities
Prior experience in a hospitality or service-oriented industry is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) is a plus
Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel
