Job Description
About the Role
The role involves single-handedly managing the finances of Shirwal plant operations, ensuring effective financial oversight and compliance.
Responsibilities
Periodic review of financial position with the Plant Head and HODs and draw out measures for cost effectiveness.
- Preparing of monthly MIS report for Management and ad-hoc reports.
- Driving the Cost Reduction / Cost optimization / finance awareness sessions at Plant.
- Co-ordinating budget preparation across plant and assisting central team with analysis.
- Managing statutory / internal compliance audits.
- Assisting central finance team, at organisation level, in various financial reporting and analysis.
- Set up accounting processes and SOP in full compliance with group policies.
- Support operations, sales and other stakeholders for smooth functioning.
Required Skills
- Strong financial analysis skills.
- Experience in budgeting and cost optimization.
- Ability to manage compliance audits.
- Proficient in preparing financial reports.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of SAP or SAP HANA
