Job title- Assistant Manager Employee Benefits-Data Management (Endorsement)
Reporting To- Senior Manager
Branch- Gurugram
Job Summary/About the Role- This role is responsible for end-to-end processing, validation, and management of policy and endorsement data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery as per defined SLAs. The role involves data reconciliation, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining high data quality standards to support smooth policy administration and audits.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management/Science preferred)
Required Experience and skills-
- Should have minimum of 3-5 years of experience in General Insurance industry (Insurance Company/Brokers/TPA).
- Should have minimum of 2-4 years of experience in handling data management portal
- preferably “SAIBA”.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of policy administration.
- Must be Good in communication (Oral & written).
- Strong experience in data reconciliation.
- Exposure to audit, compliance, and SLA-driven environments.
- Experience working with multiple data trackers and systems.
Key Responsibilities-
- Manage policy, endorsement, and member-level data processing accurately.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all systems.
- Update and maintain correct records in systems and trackers.
- Coordinate with insurers, TPAs, and internal teams for issue resolution.
- Adhere to process guidelines, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
- Support audit requirements by providing reconciled data and documentation.
- Ensure zero open items post-processing and reconciliation.
