Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing with 2–3 years of hands-

on experience to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple

channels. The ideal candidate is data-savvy, creative, and up to date with the latest digital

trends, tools, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

 Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social

media, email marketing, and display advertising

 Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads

and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

 Develop and implement content strategies for websites, blogs, and social media

platforms

 Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly performance

reports

 Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand

messaging

 Track and analyze user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, Google

Search Console, and related platforms

 Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve ROI, traffic, and engagement

 Manage marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns and

initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing

 Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing

 Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools

 Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag

Manager

 Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills

 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
