Responsible for supporting the existing corporate VIP clients in terms of providing accurate information, correct data and guiding them regarding corporate card related requested assistance. The role is also responsible for handling Corporate VIP Cardholder queries via Call, E-mails and maintain follow ups diligently.
Role Accountability
- Ensure VIP tagging done on requested Corporate Card accounts- Existing Base & New Cards
- Ensure timely delivery of Corporate VIP Cards
- Responsible for doing welcome call and ensuring assistance on priority KYC for Corporate VIP Cardholders
- Connect with Corporate VIP cardholders to provide real-time card authorization decline assistance
- Ensure proactive checks on Fees/ Charges levied on Corporate VIP accounts
- Resolve queries received from Cardholders through calls, email communications along with proactive servicing, handle with care
- Ensure correct execution on card accounts to prevent any escalation or customer complaint and protect customer PII/ SPII data
- Investigate and solve corporate VIP customers' problems including complex and long-standing problems
- Execute day to day transactional activities assigned as an FPR/SPR (First/Second Person Responsible); prepare card account/ corporate level reconciliations, reports and MIS; coordinate with IT to build auto-scheduled reports
- Maintain accurate records of approvals, records of discussions, correspondence with corporate customers, web-service portal enrollments and VISM (Visa Intelilink Spend Management) enrollments
- Maintain follow-up activities, track and execute instructions as and when received by the credit team for corporate level relationship maintenance and controlled credit limit exposure
- Perform process documentation and compliance adherence.
- All assigned activities/reports& MIS to be maintained, published timely and accurately.
- Timely actioning of scheduled proactive Monitoring / Servicing activities/ Risk Related activities and other ad hoc activities.
- Assist/Lead on Projects, System enhancements, Process simplifications - Timely closure of Testing's, Coordination with Product, IT and other relevant stakeholders
- Corporate VIP transaction decline assistance as per SLA
- Mailbox Response & Resolution rates as per SLA
- Process Adherence as per MOU
- Working Knowledge of MS Office
- Experience of using CRM Tools
- Knowledge of Vision Plus
- Knowledge of Credit cards / CRMs/ Operational processes
- Experience in complaints handling, process improvement in customer services
- Experience in managing HNI/VVIP customer relationships
