Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and strategic Assistant Manager – Brand Marketing who will be responsible for strengthening and growing the brand presence across all channels. The role involves planning brand strategies, managing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring consistent brand communication across platforms. The candidate should have strong understanding of content strategy, customer behavior, and market trends to effectively position the brand.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth.
  • Plan and manage brand campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Work closely with design, content, and digital marketing teams for campaign execution.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and positioning across all communication channels.
  • Develop and oversee content strategy for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
  • Understand customer behavior, preferences, and target audience insights to create effective brand communication.
  • Plan and manage social media communication, brand storytelling, and content posting strategy.
  • Monitor brand performance, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage product launches, brand activations, and promotional initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated with market insights, consumer trends, and industry developments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of brand initiatives.


Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing Strategy, or Brand Management.
  • Strong understanding of brand building, campaign planning, and content strategy.
  • Knowledge of customer behavior, market trends, and brand communication.
  • Experience working with design, content, and digital marketing teams.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.


Education

  • MBA in Marketing or Brand Management will be preferred.
