Assistant Maintenance Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Maintenance Manager located in Puducherry. The Assistant Maintenance Manager will oversee daily maintenance operations, manage equipment maintenance schedules, ensure preventive maintenance practices are implemented, and lead a team to effectively address repair tasks. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve optimal equipment performance while maintaining compliance with safety protocols and operational goals.

• Strong Supervisory Skills to lead, manage, and motivate a maintenance team effectively.
• Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability of machinery.
• Proficiency in Maintenance Management, including planning and coordinating tasks for seamless operations.
• Expertise in Maintenance & Repair to address and resolve technical issues swiftly and accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field is preferred.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and its machinery is a plus.
