Role Description The Assistant Inventory Manager – Warehouse Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Maharajganj. This role supports day-to-day inventory control in the warehouse, including monitoring stock levels, tracking movement of goods, and ensuring accurate records in inventory systems. The individual will assist in organizing storage areas, coordinating with store teams on replenishment needs, and helping to reduce dead stock while maintaining optimal turnover. Responsibilities include conducting regular stock audits, reconciling discrepancies, preparing inventory reports, and supporting data-driven decisions for warehouse operations. The role also involves working closely with operations and customer-facing teams to ensure timely availability of products and smooth store supply.
Qualifications

• Strong inventory-focused skills, including Inventory Control and Inventory Management.
• Applied Analytical Skills for data interpretation, stock analysis, and process improvement.
• Effective Communication abilities for coordination with warehouse, store, and management teams.
• Customer Service orientation to support internal stakeholders and ensure product availability for end customers.
• Experience in warehouse or retail operations, preferably in small-format or neighborhood stores.
• Comfort with basic digital tools and inventory software; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field is an advantage.
