Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager - Finance at PDS International Pvt. Ltd., located in Gurugram. The primary responsibilities include overseeing financial statements, maintaining accounting records, implementing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves conducting financial analysis and supporting strategic financial decision-making to drive business growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements analysis and preparation
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret financial data
• Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
• Experience in developing and implementing robust Internal Controls
• Experience in Leading the Finance & Accounts Team.
• Solid understanding of compliance regulations and corporate financial practices
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or CMA are highly desirable
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective leadership capabilities
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or related industries is advantageous
• Proficiency in financial software tools and Microsoft Excel
