Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant General Manager - Design and Architecture (AGM Design and Architecture) for a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the conceptualization and design of innovative greening solutions, managing architectural projects, coordinating with clients, and making the decks. The AGM will ensure the aesthetic and functional excellence of all designs while aligning them with client needs and company standards.

Qualifications

• At least 5 to 10 years in corporate fit out industry as an Architect or Lead Desinger
• Should have worked on large scale office designing of at least 50000 square feet and above
• Should be willing to work in a small but fast growing Biophillia company which focusses mainly on indoor office plants
• Should be proficient in making presentations
• Should have his/her own laptop as well as the required softwares
• Proficiency in Landscape Design, Interior Design, and Architecture
• Strong Communication and Client Relationship Management abilities
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
• An understanding of sustainable and environmentally conscious design principles
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Interior Design, or related field

Salary: Rs.9 Lakh to Rs.15 Lakh Per Annum
