Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant General Manager for our Electrical Department. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chikkamagaluru. The candidate will oversee and manage electrical operations and maintenance, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and provide leadership to the electrical team. Responsibilities include planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance plans, coordinating with other departments for smooth operations, implementing energy-efficient initiatives, and ensuring optimal functioning of equipment and systems. The role also involves analyzing and resolving technical issues efficiently and supporting cost-effective resource utilization.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Electrical Systems, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Energy Efficiency Techniques and Safety Standards
• Leadership, Team Management, and Problem-Solving Skills
• Understanding of Industry Best Practices and Compliance Requirements
• Proficiency in Electrical Design and AutoCAD is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in electrical operations within a manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
