Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager or Food & Beverage Manager at Astralis Resort Coorg, located in Karnataka, India. The role involves managing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service, and providing an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include overseeing staff training, maintaining budgets, monitoring inventory, coordinating with vendors, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and supervising food preparation and service operations. Collaboration with other departments to enhance the overall dining experience is also a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications
- Proven skills in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
- Strong abilities in Customer Service and staff Training
- Experience with Budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with food safety and health regulations
- Prior hospitality or resort experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a dynamic work environment
