Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and management of our office premises and the Director’s residential properties / sites. The ideal candidate will ensure both locations are well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently while coordinating with vendors, staff, and service providers.
Should be from Bangalore, we are in Indiranagar hence nearby location is preferred for the daily commute purpose. Looking for immediate joiner only.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Facility Management
- Oversee daily office facility operations and ensure a safe, clean, and functional workplace.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, security, and utilities.
- Manage office infrastructure including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and equipment.
- Supervise facility staff such as housekeeping, security, and maintenance personnel.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, service contracts, and facility expenses.
- Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Housekeeping and Security recruitment and handling.
- Should have strong source data to find people.
2. Director’s Property Management
- Manage upkeep and maintenance of the Director’s residence/property.
- Coordinate housekeeping, gardening, security, and other household services.
- Arrange repairs, maintenance, and vendor services as required.
- Ensure the property is always maintained to high standards.
- Handle inventory of household supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with staff and contractors for any renovations or improvements.
3. Vendor & Budget Management
- Identify and manage service vendors and contractors.
- Negotiate contracts and monitor service quality.
- Track facility-related expenses and maintain budgets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Facility Management, Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of work experience in facility management, property management, or administration.
- Experience managing both office facilities and residential properties preferred.
- Strong vendor management and coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and respond to urgent issues.
- Basic knowledge of building systems, safety practices, and maintenance procedures.
Preferred Skills:
- Leadership and team supervision.
- Budget management and reporting.
- Communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and high service standards.
- Interacting in Tamil will be added advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
