About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on senior creative leader who combines high-level thinking with strong execution. This role goes beyond management you'll directly contribute to critical design work, major campaigns, brand identity development, and visual problem-solving, while leading and growing a team of 6-8 designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the creative vision, quality, and outcomes across all brand channels
- Lead conceptual development for major campaigns and flagship launches while staying hands-on with key assets
- Guide Lead Designers and junior creatives through structured feedback, 1:1s, and performance development
- Manage daily creative flow briefs, expectations, and unblocking challenges
- Establish and refine workflows for brief intake, review cycles, approvals, and production
- Set and uphold quality benchmarks across digital, packaging, retail, and motion
- Pioneer AI-enabled creative workflows to improve velocity, ideation, and production agility
- Act as the primary creative interface for Brand, Performance Marketing, Product, Retail, and Leadership teams
- Partner with marketing and performance teams to use data and consumer insights in shaping creative strategy
What We're Looking For
- 7-12 years of experience with a portfolio spanning digital, retail, packaging, and motion
- Experience managing and mentoring multi-level creative teams
- Agency or brand-side experience leading integrated campaigns and vendor relationships
- Expert in Photoshop/Illustrator, with working knowledge of After Effects/Premiere
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled creative workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or equivalent
